Business Support Administrator

About the role:  

As a Business Support Administrator, you will perform a wide variety of administrative functions which will include managing appointment schedules and client billing. Additionally, you will also be:  
  • Providing administrative and support services across the organisation, including appointment scheduling, invoicing (training provided) and data entry;  
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date databases and registers;  
  • Providing professional and friendly reception services;  
  • Assisting with NDIS-related functions; and  
  • Working closely with the team to improve internal processes and ensure service efficiency.  
About you:  

To be successful in the role, you will have experience in administration in a services related business and possess:  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; 
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and
  • A willingness to learn with a high level of initiative, integrity and confidentiality.
