As an Administrator, you will be the heart of the teams' administrative operations, responsible for a wide variety of administration duties and providing support to both customers and staff. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting customers via phone and email;
- Collaborating with the team to seamlessly ensure an exceptional customer experience;
- Collating business information and assisting with basic financial reports;
- Scheduling and booking meetings, ensuring efficiency in the dynamic workplace;
- Assisting in Workplace Health & Safety administration;
- Assisting in receipting, accounts receivable and accounts payable; and
- Embracing a variety of administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.

About you:
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as:
- An approachable, easy-going attitude and a team player;
- Initiative-driven with a knack for keeping things simple;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Well-developed organisation and time-management skills; and
- Self-motivated, demonstrating reliability and an eagerness to learn.
