Digital Marketing Manager

You will be the lead for designing, implementing and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost the brand, promote events and highlight services across multiple marketing channels. You will also manage a small marketing team to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Your outcomes will include:
- Developing and implementing all digital marketing strategies;
- Designing, building and maintaining a social media presence;
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance key metrics;
- Planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests;
- Liaising with agencies and vendor partners;
- Developing and delivering annual and project-based marketing strategies, including budget allocation;
- Creating and monitoring EDM strategies;
- Managing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring delivery and optimal performance; and
- Assisting the General Manager with projects.
To be successful in the role, you will have a strong grasp of current marketing trends and strategies and be able to implement integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will possess a relevant Tertiary qualification in marketing or similar and experience in the AV realm is desirable. The successful candidate will also:
- Have experience in the use of a CRM and automated marketing platform;
- Possess knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends);
- Demonstrate people leadership aptitude and creative skills.
