We are currently looking to meet with professionals who are interested in being considered for Construction Project Management positions.
Our clients are interested in meeting with candidates who are experienced in one or more of the following areas:
- Liaising with other Project Managers, Site Managers, Planners, Site Staff and Service Coordinators on site;
- Direct client liaison;
- Tender response evaluation;
- Subcontractor negotiation, selection and management;
- Certification and payment of progress claims; and
- Cost reporting and finalisation of contracts.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of commercial construction Project Management;
- Good computer skills;
- High level of presentation;
- Sharp negotiator with the ability to resolve issues laterally; and
- Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
