Reporting directly through to the Directors, you will have diversity in your role, marketing the features and services of a group of companies. Through effective marketing processes, you will drive sales and growth across the businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing a multi-channel marketing plan to maximise exposure, build audiences and retain existing customers;
- Building sales and repeat business;
- Analysing trends, market research and best practices to build successful marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Helping to create events and promotions;
- Tracking campaign effectiveness and relaying the data to managers and colleagues to help shape decisions;
- Dealing with advertising account managers from suppliers;
- Creating, retaining and monitoring social media engagement across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc; and
- Assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the Directors.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least two years of experience in a marketing role and hold a Bachelor of Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualification. Exceptional writing skills is of utmost importance, alongside a good understanding of digital marketing and marketing tools. This is a marketing role that will have a direct relationship with sales and growth of the business. Your efforts will be able to be measured and tracked with tangible outcomes. As such, we need a Marketing Coordinator who is bottom line focused and who wants to see their concepts and actions translate into revenue growth.
