Catering predominantly for professional, executive, management, technical, specialist and clerical roles, we partner with our clients to recruit for a range of positions; from entry level administrative staff through to management and “C-Level” executive positions. On top of our local and industry knowledge and expertise, our permanent recruitment service is backed by the science of Psychological Testing; a service unique to JP Smith Recruitment and HR in Toowoomba. Psychological testing is the science behind securing robust and permanent outcomes in the recruitment and selection of your staff. All permanent recruitment placements include our Psychological Testing service, where the candidate sits face-to-face with one of our in-house psychologists to test their strengths and weaknesses and assess whether they are suitably matched for the position and able to deliver results.
